1. Purpose & Principles

At Paracelsus Institute UK, we uphold a transparent and compassionate approach to returns and refunds. Whether engaging with our educational programmes, spagyric remedies, or consultations, we aim to ensure fairness, accountability, and respect for the individual’s journey.


2. Educational Programmes & Courses

  • Full Refunds
    Available for cancellations made 7 days or more before the course start date.

  • Partial Refunds or Credit
    May be offered for cancellations made within 7 days of the start date, subject to review.

  • Non-Attendance
    No refunds for missed sessions without prior notice. However, course credit may be considered in exceptional or compassionate circumstances.

  • Digital Materials
    Once accessed or downloaded, digital content is non-refundable.


3. Spagyric Remedies & Products

  • Non-Returnable Items
    Due to the energetic and constitutional nature of spagyric remedies, opened or used products cannot be returned.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
    If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

  • Unopened Returns
    Unused, sealed remedies may be returned within 14 days, subject to inspection. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error was ours.


4. Consultations & Services

  • Cancellations with Notice
    Appointments cancelled with 48 hours’ notice or more are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.

  • Late Cancellations / No-Shows
    Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice or missed appointments are non-refundable, though rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.

We reserve the right to evaluate refund and return requests on a case-by-case basis, especially in matters involving health, safeguarding, or compassionate grounds. Our goal is to balance institutional integrity with individual wellbeing.
